Traditional Cornish Fishing Villages

A great starting point is Mousehole, named after the tiny harbour entrance.

This is difficult. I mean where do you start, the choice is endless.

St Ives to Zennor – for rugged and dramatic coastline and 13C pub.

Porthtowan to Chapel Porth for mining heritage and hedgehog icecream.

Lamorna to Mousehole for rugged but lush scenery and gorgeous fishing villages.

Godrevy to Hayle for miles of sand , dunes, the whole of the St Ives Bay for your view and the Bucket of Blood for a pint.

Trebah or Glendurgan  Gardens for exploring a maze of paths through stunning lush planting and work your way down to the estuary.

Trelissick with formal gardens and miles of estate walks by the estuary.

St Michaels Mount  a 13C trading post, such an iconic setting

Minnack theatre with gardens and superb setting with views over the ocean and Porthcurno beach.

Chysaucster a bronze age village rediscovered in the 1970’s with views down the coast to St Michaels.
