When you book and stay with Tehidy Holiday Park you can be assured we make every effort to abide by the GDPR regulations 2018 and respect your privacy.

At the time of your booking we need a range of information to enter onto our booking system to ensure we can meet your needs, contact you regarding your booking and help provide site security and safety for all our guests during their stay. Guests who provide an email address will also be sent one request for a review or feedback after their stay.

At the time of booking you can opt in or out of our newsletter. We usually send just one email each year to let previous guests know ‘what’s new’. You email address is not shared with anyone else.

We use data processors such as:

• Camp Manager who provide our online booking system. Data is encrypted for transfer over the web. We and Camp Manager can access your data to be able to help with any problems that affect your reservation. Camp Manager use a secure ISO 27001, UK data server for storage. They do not use your information for any marketing purposes.

• Sage Pay who provide our online and virtual terminal to process card payments. Data is encrypted for transfer over the web. Card details are not kept. Receipts from the card payment terminal are shredded at the end of the day.

Many people come back to Tehidy year after year and to facilitate booking requests Camp Manager who run the booking system does keep a secure database of details provided at the time of booking. This helps speed up the booking process. No card details are kept. If you would like to have your information removed from our system after your stay you just need to ask, it will then be deleted within 7 days.

Please note to benefit site security we do have a CCTV system which includes a number plate recording system. This recording is kept in a secure location for 28 days before being overwritten. This information may be shared for law enforcement purposes. It is not used in any other way.
