Try the Hayle Estuary RSPB Reserve bird sightings in Cornwall. This reserve is a great place to visit and is just a short drive from Tehidy. Hayle Towans dunes, the beach and reserve itself are a great circular walk with plenty to see. Curlew, waders of many types, and even a spoonbill have been seen here in the last week. If your lucky you never know if a Humpback whale or dolphins will be around too. Maybe finish off a visit with a walk to the wonderful Bucket of Blood pub. Back on site we have plenty of wildlife to spot too, a red Kite this week.
