Tehidy winds David Bellamy Conservation Gold Award – for the sixth year running!
Tehidy has just recieved the David Bellamy Conservation Award – Gold for the 6th year in a row. We are so thrilled to be given the highest level of award yet again. It’s great news for our wildlife and visitors alike. Many thanks to all the guests who gave feedback to the BHHPA about our site. We work hard to make sure there is plenty of room for wildlife on site and have been so pleased to see the number of hedgehogs, butterflies and small birds return after a couple of hard winters. Hedgehog houses, encouraging wild flower and good quality nesting sites have helped the hard hit wildlife bounce back. The good summer has also been a wonderful bonus for them and visitors alike.
