There’s always a queue at the bird feeder

A sparrow nestled in the hedge to wait for a turn on the bird feeder. January is a time when natural food supplies are running low, so we always make sure the bird feeders are stocked. The feeders are given a good clean between fills helps keep the birds healthy too. With plenty of trees, hedging and nesting boxese we do our best to look after the birds on the the park. They don’t get all the attention though, the hedgehogs have feeding stations and nest boxes too.
