A lot of thought has gone into ensuring you have a good
holiday experience:
- Relax and enjoy your Cornwall holiday experience from the moment you
book, arrive, and during your stay.
- Enjoy the clean, well presented, quality holiday park accommodation with
a high standard of equipment.
- Unwind in our wooded valley. It’s not hard when you’re
surrounded by nature..
- Walk to the beach beside a spring fed stream, through a
beautiful wooded valley, or simply catch the bus from the site
entrance.
- Energise with a woodland walk starting from outside our
Reception and winding your way by ancient paths, above the
meadows, into the upper valley. Everyone has their favourite
spot to pause, relax and soak in the natural surroundings.
- The holiday park blends comfortably into its surroundings and is
managed to ensure that we preserve our little bit of Cornwall.
- Our green policy encourages recycling, water and energy
conservation, use of solar thermal heating in the shower block,
etc. We even recycle buckets, spades, nets etc. Donated items
are kept in the shop for you to use. A small gift to a charity
box is appreciated.
- Interpretation points show wild flowers, trees and animals
commonly found on site.
- A ‘sightings’ board lets you know what’s around. This
includes marine sightings such as dolphins and the harmless but
impressive basking sharks.
- The timber games room and play area are a big hit with
adults and children alike. There is a trampoline set into the
ground, play equipment, comfy chairs and TV, pool and football
tables. The small library, games and tourist information point
is here too. The outdoor table tennis is new for 2008.
- In our shop we stock a range of local produce, including
award winning sausages, burgers, bacon, beers, cider, etc.
Perfect for that BBQ.
