This morning was welcomed in by a wonderful female goldcrest singing to us while we were starting todays work on site. It was David our groundsman who heard it first, I must have been working harder than him, and spotted it in a nearby bush. The bird song in the mornings is spectacular. We keep the feeders filled to ensure the birds get all the help they need over the winter.
