Half term was busy with a lot of visitors on site but that didn't put the wildlife off. We had many sightings and some of the wild residents made themselves heard if not seen. Deer were spotted on the woodland walk, buzzards, many types of birds including, hedge sparrow, bullfinch, our friendly robins, chaffinch, rook, wren, blackbird, thrush, etc were seen on site. Owls and foxes were heard at night. The squirrels, hedgehogs and rabbits made their appearances too. But maybe the ones who stole the show were the bluetits in one of our nest boxes who were captured on camera for all to watch grow from fluffy balls to leaving the nest today 5/6/10. The next video clip is now on the blog.
