Turn left at site entrance, straight over the roundabout in Illogan. At Mary's Well take a right following mining heritage trail sign. After approx 100m follow sign to left. After approx 1/2 mile you get to a crossroads of trails. Left takes you to the Country Park. Follow the trail signs and signs to Otters Bridge. (trail signs are a black mine house on this bit of the route) At Otters Bridge go left and this path takes you to the main entrance of the Country Park, cafe and lakes are in this area. Exit throught the car park and as you turn right onto the exit road take the permissive path on the left to Cot Road. The initial trail is narrow but widens out as you get to the Tehidy Golf Club car park. turn right down club drive and at Cot Road turn left again. The local entrance of the country park is on your left after a short distance and the road on your right brings you back past Mary's well and back to the site.
