This is a beautiful and varied cycle route with several starting points. Padstow to Wadebridge - on the lower estuary is a lovely flat route approx 12 miles return. Wadebridge to Bodmin - by the Camel, through woodland and by the upper estuary. Approx 14 miles return. Wadebridge to Wenfordbridge - on upper estuary, by the River Camel and just before Bodmin take the left branch of the route which follows the River Camel. This is a beautiful woodland trail and has some great picnic spots by the river. In total this is approx 25 miles return.
